SOTUS Grants CO SoS Jena Griswold 10 min. to Justify Her Position on Disqualifying Trump

Griswold asked the Supreme Court for 15 minutes to explain how Colorado law supersedes the U.S. Constitution. In an order announced earlier today [pdf here], the court has granted Ms. Griswold 10 minutes to make her case. The oral arguments will take place on Thursday, February 8th.
President Trump’s attorneys will have 40 minutes. The Lawfare group “Colorado voters”, funded by CREW (Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington), will have 30 minutes, and the Colorado Secretary of State will have 10 minutes.

I expect a hearing similar to the St George one where one or more justices call out the opposition on their bullshite.
One of the LA SC justices called out Baton Rouge for pleading poverty for St George leaving when they provide money but not services.
I figure someone will ask if the lawyers for Colorado if they missed the day they taught law in law school.

Not quite how scotus operates. It’s an appeals court. Nothing is getting thrown out.

You seem to forget there are 2-3 justices that are diversity appointments and dumber than a box of rocks, and 2-3 more that appear to be compromised by the left.
