Sort of thought tougher gun laws would be a good idea.

As in restrictions on types of guns etc...then I watched this shite and realized that they just want to do away with the second.

Have never bought a gun. All I own were inherited or given to me. But I will now buy an AR-15.

If you want to ban guns, introduce a damn bill for a constitutional amendment.

And Cameron Kasky is a CNN trained douchebag..

I think I'm gonna buy an AK to go along with my AR.

And this is why we have problems.

You’ve already given inches. Why do you tolerate restrictions on full auto? Why tolerate restrictions on anti tank guns? Because you are already comfortable with the idea that there are limits. All we are talking about is where those limitations extend.

I recommend it. Variety is the spice of life. I have an AK, to go along with my SKS, AR’-15’s and AR-10. Well I did. Lost them all in a tragic boating accident.

80%. Not 85.

Wrong.
There are those who genuinely want to repeal the 2A.
To say the currently suggested slope is a slippery one is a vast understatement.

I agree.

It's so obvious what their intent is. You can see through the left so easily these days.

I'll never even consider discussing the issue because the left is so obviously dishonest in their approach.

It's just another example of the left thinking the right move is to try and manipulate rather than win on logic and ideas. Usually it ends up undermining their ultimate goal. Let's hope that's the case this time.

I’ve said this for years. The ultimate goal is an all-out gun ban. But they know that is extremely unlikely to ever happen.

So their plan is to chip away and chip away at the current laws. More restriction, more legislation, more bans on more things.

Until eventually the laws are so draconian it serves as a de facto ban on firearms.

That’s their goal.

That’s why even though I agree with some restrictions, I don’t want to support them because if you give these assholes an inch they want a mile. You start to put a crack in the foundation and eventually it will all crumble.

I'm going to buy a about 3 stripped lower receivers just to have them around and to build the wife a soft shooting target rifle. You can get the lower for like 40 bucks at palmetto State armory, and then all other pieces of the gun do not require going through an ffl

A lesson right out of the right's playbook on abortion. (Note: I am not comparing the constitutional legitimacy of the 2nd goddamned Amendment with Roe, just stating the similiar approach. )

They are obviously using the kids as a tool here but they aren't going for a flat out ban or 2nd amendment reversal. They're playing the long game. Like this bump stock shite, it's really not a big deal but it's a win. They want death by a thousand cuts.

And as much as I hate to admit it, Trump is likely going to give them the first step.

Y’all saying there is large support for banning all guns sound just like sky screamers. Screaming to the right instead on the left. I hope you realize that.

Saw it for myself.. “this would only get rid of 200 or so guns”

Response from questioner “well let’s ban the others”.

Huge applause from audience.

Don’t budge. You have to applaud the NRA for not giving an inch.

First bumpstocks, then that won’t be enough. Pass.
