Seems pretty crazy to allow kids to undergo treatment that we know so little about. If you guys know anything else, that is documented, I'd like to know more.

We saw the death of the "Expert Class" with Covid.

There is no scenario, in any known Universe in which is acceptable or sensible to start a child down this path, period no matter what any "expert" might say.

The bat-shite insane groomer Mom who wants to butcher her kid is a Doctor.

Do documents signed off by other so-called "experts" have any bearing on what should simply be an issue of common-sense?

We didn't, there were studies that were also anti-vax.

Awful, just awful.

Just when I think these demoniacs couldn't come up with something more terrible, I read about this.

This has been a fight for years now. The dad has been in the conservative "conspiracy theory" news sector for years now too. The mom/"pediatrician" started this transition when the kid was 3, and now he is 10. This is just the most recent twist since CA passed 5he law they did.

Who cares...what matters is what are seeing. A mom that is sexually transitioning their child has taken him out of state to a state that has become a child transitioning sanctuary state, and he has no power at all as the TX govt/legal system seems to be against him.

This is about common sense right and wrong, not a legal issue. Take your lawyer legal jitsu hat off and see it for what it is.

Of course you do. Its a little bias you have that allows you to push for child trannyism that is so dear to your heart.

If you keep denying it, it doesn't occur to you.

From the guy who claims he doesn't let bias interfere with his thinking.

From the guy who has in the past castigated others for trying to "get inside someone's head".

From the guy who has castigated others for dealing in hypotheticals....

You just pulled this out of your arse based on personal bias

Ok....

WTF is wrong with Texas anymore. That used to be such a baw State. It's mirroring California for it's ethical and social disintegration.

We are definitely seeing in real time the denigration of the state. What happened to GA and no one saw it until it's over.

TX has been selling itself to left wing corporate interests that are bringing the commie environment CA forced in place years ago.

Why thinking Desantis in DC is going to be Desantis in FL is foolish. Best option of the lot, sure, but not going to be the same guy. Abbott has been a coward on everything related to this, because it seems he doesn't have a Legislature that cares, due to being full of GOPers.

I am willing to assume that you just are not very familiar with this case, because you reside outside Texas.

The father has REPEATEDLY violated court orders, has lied REPEATEDLY, and has spent YEARS attempting to try this case on the internet and in the blogosphere ... ever more so as he has lost ruling after ruling, BECAUSE he has been violating court orders.

As just one example, the Temporary Orders basically said "status quo ... act like the kid is a girl when in mom's possession and act like the kid is a boy when is in dad' possession." The REASON for this was to give the Court time to gather medical evidence, etcetera before making a final ruling. What did the dad do? He immediately started attending events during mom's possession periods and refusing to "act like the kid is a girl" at those events. You may not have LIKED the Temporary Orders, but he clearly violated them. And each time he did something like that, he lost more and more rights.

On this one point regarding "judge shopping," the case has been pending in the 301st for something like seven years. The notion that the mother recently "judge shopped" is verifiably, objectively WRONG. He LIED, again. And on something ridiculously inconsequential and easily-disproven.

That issue is utterly unrelated to whether one supports the mother or the father substantively in the case.

Simple question. Does a 10 year old child have the mental development and maturity to consent to chemical castration and the ability to comprehend the lifelong consequences that will follow as result?

Yes or no?

Sometimes that's a sane person's only recourse.

He is facing off against Psycopaths and liars ....he is doing whatever it takes to save his son from butchers and groomers who want to scar him for life.....the Father is excused for counter-punching.

prolly

but there should still be a law preventing anyone from taking any for of drug or surgery until 18 or 21. sorry if you are not responsible enough to drink & gamble, then you are not resonsible enough to decide to change gender.

it should honestly be 24 or 25 when the brain is fully developed, but thats prolly too much to ask

if you want to after 25....fine, but i shuldnt have to pay for it, pay for it yourself adn stay the frick away from me.

For the umpteenth time, IMO, "no."

Why keep asking the same question again and again? I had already answered it twice in this thread alone.

My personal opinions mean exactly ZERO as to how this case will be resolved. That will be determined by the law, as it NOW exists.

Seems like common sense to me.

Parents doing this to children is child abuse.

Correct and in fulfillment of Romans 1:28 where unbelievers are given over to a reprobate mind…based on your name Revelator, you’re probably already aware of this.

don’t agree with you on most but I’m glad that we can share this common ground.

Dude isn't agreeing to any common ground. He may say he doesnt agree that his child shouldnt do it, but doesn't care this his happening to another child. Especially if he agrees the legal jitsu passes muster. He'll just say..."looks all legal to me" and move on, not caring about this boy or any other childs life being destroyed. He would legal jitsu any attempt at trying to put into law something that prevents any one under 18 from being put on puberty blockers, castrated, boobs cut off, etc.

The guy essentially prays at the alter of the legal system, and that's what drives his reasoning.

Answer THIS question: Does ANYONE who thinks a 10 year old child has the mental development and maturity to consent to chemical castration possess the common sense and decency necessary to be a Judge, a Doctor or a parent?

Trick question, BTW, there is only ONE correct answer to this question.
