Just want to mention the biggest part of "everything" you mention here was the changing of ballot harvesting laws in PA, GA, AZ, NV, WI, and MI mostly through executive fiat because of COVID emergency measures. To get people on the ground to harvest ballots in these key areas Democrat Party NGO's were funded mostly by Meta.
I just want to point out how specifics on how the election was stolen in 6 key states and one or two counties in each state. The Democrat Party's effort to harvest ballots was targeted and well funded by Zuck-bucks. The leader of the Democrat Party operation to harvest ballots in these key areas was Marc Elias. From Marc the orders and funding was sent down to these local Democratic Party NGOs and NGOs sent out foot soldiers to harvest ballots. It is not complicated how the Democrat Party stole the 2020 presidential election.

The issue is this.
Politicians control the purse strings. The House appropriates and upon appropriation the executive branch gets a lot of funding and a lot of it is discretionary under an umbrella of specific appropriations. Many careers and life styles depend on that funding. These people may be good people and ideologs to a certain extent but like normal humans they value the money that's going to provide them with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs at a minimum over their ideology.
The ICs main goal is to have their puppet in place in the WH so they can continue to be downstream of congressional funding unabated by the CiC. It's a big fight for a big pile of U.S. tax payer dollars.

Reagan always kept Bush at arm’s length. He didn’t like him, didn’t trust him, and knew he was a plant.
If you read Schultz’s towering and detailed (1100 pages!) memoirs (Turmoil and Triumph) of his years as Secretary of State for Reagan, you will read how Bush is viewed in the most unflattering light: a liar, a conniver, a warmonger, a wannabe saboteur. Schultz felt the same about Weinberger, Reagan’s Secretary of Defense. Schultz and Weinberger often had tense breakfasts and lunches together with Reagan where the two would trade icy, cutting remarks and Reagan would have to play referee.
Schultz said the IC/Pentagon power wing was constantly trying to undermine his diplomacy and arms control discussions with the Soviet Union; they wanted escalation, proxy wars, coups, and many wanted all out war. Schultz said Reagan always backed him against their efforts to undermine him. Schultz said Reagan and Gorbachev very well may have saved the world from annihilation. Gorbachev of course was later removed in an outright coup by his hardline Soviet IC and political power players.
Reagan got in trouble of course when he let the IC/Pentagon wing pull him into Iran Contra. Schultz went to Reagan and tendered his resignation, saying he could not serve him anymore if the IC/Pentagon wing had taken over. Reagan begged him to stay. Schultz did.
Weinberger was later indicted for events related to Iran Contra and Bush, who had since been elected President, pardoned him. Schultz said Bush lied when he said (and committed perjury) he knew nothing and had no involvement regarding Iran Contra. Schultz said Bush was a big player, a conduit go between type between the political people in the Reagan Administration and the shadowy IC/Pentagon people.

Nixon got us out of Vietnam. I think knowing what we know now, that may have been Strike One.
Nixon has been treated unfairly. Even "The Simpsons's" earlier episodes (when Nixon was still alive) seemed to just have a major hard-on for Nixon, and it carried over into "Futurama."

Nixon may be the most misunderstood president in our history.
His character was completely railroaded and defamed by nefarious actors in politics, government, media, academia, Hollywood, etc.
Only Trump comes close to the level of false information about what really happened in a presidency.

They are terrified of Trump. They are concerned that Trump will win the GOP primary and if Biden is the Dem nominee again the efforts to get him reelected may be insurmountable.
They do not like Trump because he does not intervene in enough foreign conflicts which requires spending money on IC infrastructure.
The IC does not have total control but they do have enough control to tinker around the edges to impact the election by as much as 5% IMO. That is a lot. With Biden as the Dem nominee they may not be able to effect the vote enough to beat Trump. But with Hakeem Jeffries (Obama 2.0) they may not have to do anything.
In 2016 the IC's dream ticket was Jeb v. Hillary. It was a no lose situation.
What is their dream ticket in 2024? I'm not 100% certain at this point because it's early but I have my strong suspicions.

The objective was accomplished. Now they don’t need Biden. And Biden and his cracked out disaster son are tiring to deal with; there’s a lot of dirt there and it’s a lot of running constant interference and cover up. And Biden’s dementia is getting worse, a lot worse. They know and see him when the staged events aren’t there. They don’t need this anymore. Trump was beaten and has been bruised beyond recovery. If necessary, they’ll take more steps to keep him from ever getting the WH again.
They feel they can work with Newsom, DeSantis, a few others. They feel they can get those guys to do what they want them to do. It will take work and management and some flexing of power and control but that’s nothing they haven’t done before with Obama, Clinton, W, Reagan, etc.
Go look at the old clips of Reagan telling jokes and one with the MSM. The political left barely pretended they despised Reagan. They showed more of an act of despise with the Bush's.
The media attacked Reagan, Bush's (Mostly GWBush) daily but with kids gloves. No FBI raids or impeachments.
The Club in DC where they admit outright Presidents are chosen. Look at 1985 & Reagan. Also the most recent is 2020.
They are notoriously secretive and there is no press in the last couple of years. There was on Gates and the tech giants entrance into the coveted club. Not all who are invited are 'in the club' but they certainly have chosen their Presidents here.
They used to have the next President be the keynote Speaker and they are given the medal.
From GWBush, Clinton's, The Turtle's, Romney's to McCarthy, McCauliffe, Noem, Top Tier Media, Mattis, to the Supreme Court Justices. They are one big club.

I don't know if they dislike Biden, I think they played the hand they wanted, but didn't see how much damage he could do in a short amount of time and thus rendering himself un-electable.
This economy is not going to improve in 2 years, thus a new face must be cast forth.
So yes, I can see the IC strong arming Biden to finally come off of the idea "I'm running in 2024".
People forget that reports of the NYT editorial board had floated through their channels that Biden would not be the nominee in 24.
With everything that has happend, just in Crossfire Hurricane, it's amazing that people think the IC is faultless and all these mentions are just conspiracy.

Scrolling through the Alfalfa club members. The inductee in 2020 (given the medal) Which in the past has a few years if not one year later, been the President. Trump screwed this record up for them.
And yes Ivanka & Jared went but it was DC diplomacy, and they are democrats so lol.
