This is what Hitler preyed on
Germany was in financial ruin after WW1. Yet, the jews in Germany and their banks were still doing well, but were(in Hitler's words) being unfair with their banking and lending practices.
That made an easy populist target for Hitler. He began to take on the banks. It was really popular obviously because the people suffering in Germany post WW1 were non-jews. It was easy for him to make the argument to his people that jews were responsible for the financial ruin because they ran all the banks. Hence jews became the target.

I think it has something to do with circumcision and really being light on their feet.

I’ll handle the USA part-The best place to be Jewish in world history is the good old USA. It’s not even debatable. This is the promised land. They are free and safe here, they succeed here, they excel here. Blessed with a few extra IQ points and a cultural history that values education and commerce, they are disproportionately successful. This leads to resentment.
Christians historically had animus for reasons we all understand. The ancient hatred never really took hold here though. The predominant American version of anti-Semitic hatred is Leftist ideology. The lesser but growing anti Semitic hatred is from The Right and aimed at Neocons and Leftist Jews who have been huge supporters of policies that have been ruinous to America.

Why would the Jews still be God's people if they reject his son?
The Jews will always be God's People. They were still God's People when they were enslaved by Egypt and they were still God's People when they built the Golden Calf. Their priests placed Jewish Law above Jesus' message and let the Romans crucify Jesus, they're still God's People.

Judeo-Christianity isn't a thing.
Also, you can't really believe this.
Jews and Christians have the exact same morals and beliefs, the only difference in the two is Jesus. I do believe it.

A lot of European anti-semitism seems to stem from this book which was published by the Russians I believe but disseminated as if it were written by Jews and discussing Jewish plans to take over the banks.
Wikipedia - protocols
I believe Henry Ford publishes a bunch of copies in the U.S. - I just linked wiki for the title didn’t read for details.

Short version please...
Will be as short as possible. As a people/religion they have about 4000-4500 years of recorded history more or less to learn from. This means that they have seen and experienced just about everything and they have recorded it. Take the Black Plague in Europe for example. The Jews recognized very early on what he plague was and ways to stem its destruction, so they moved out of the large cities and settled in the countyside in smaller villages and developed the "kosher" way of life with strict dietary and cleanliness rules, etc. so as a result, the Jews of Europe in particular suffered much less than the ethnic European types. As a result the European types thought that the Jews had a made a deal with the devil,
On the money end, the Jews learned about banking back in the days of the Babylonian Captivity especially once the Persians came in....he Persians are actually the Godfathers of the world of banking.

Some would say they're insular and typically successful. That combination can ruffle non-Jews, especially if perceived as not suffering in the same manner as everyone else during troubling times.

i was actually kind of interested in this when reading "Garden of the Beasts" which details the US ambassador (william dodd) and his 20 year old daughter as he goes to his post in Germany during Hitler's rise to power.
long and short of it is that Jews tend to be successful in a lot of ways, especially financial. after WW1 Germany was in a bad place and a lot of Jews in Germany were able to seize on that and become pretty successful. Whether it was by proper means isn't for me to say, but Hitler was able to point to them as the bad guys delaying their return to power.
Some of the memoirs from Dodd and his daughter was pretty callous toward the Jews in Germany at that time to be honest. Not hateful or derogatory, just like "oh man... they killed some more Jews last night. So unfortunate."

The Ancient hatreds I referred to earlier, blood libel and so forth. It's rampant wherever Muslims or Nazis congregate. Protocols Of The Elders of Zion is their bible, maybe only after the aforementioned Mein Kampf.

Money lending, people hate to pay money back they own.

But they are going to hell, right. Because Jesus was pretty clear - no one gets to the father except through him. Otherwise what was the point of Jesus dying on the cross if all jews were going to heaven anyway.

Blood libels aren't a feature of Muslim antisemitism, at least classically. Muslim antisemitism, in its classical version, varied between general antipathy toward non-Muslims to a belief that Jews were weak and thus needed to be protected. Of the tropes that were passed from Europe to Muslims, it was mainly the belief that Jews control money. Blood libels, collective responsibility, and other tropes common to Europe didn't make it over, though.
Here's a superb Bernard Lewis article that covers lots of great topics, including key differences between Muslim and Christian antisemitism. LINK

Not true, todays minorities in America are the most persecuted, ridiculed and oppressed people in the history of mankind.

they have always been Gods chosen people, that doesn't sit well with some.

Understood.
I would offer a caveat that the Euro tradition of the Blood Libel picked up a lot of steam in the Middle Eastern countries in the latter half of the 20th Century.

The historical basis was usery. People traditionally earn money from physical labor so there was jealousy and resentment of usery.
I like Jews. My grandmother was a Jew who immigrated from Germany in 1900. The only Jews who irritate me are the middle aged Jewish women who talk too loud in a nasal voice.
