Someone explain the Trump fraud case to me?

I don’t get the fraud claim on Trumps property values.
1. A judge can’t just claim a value on a property.
2. When it comes to property taxes or bank loans it doesn’t matter what Trump says or thinks it’s worth. An appraiser or assessor will determine the property value
So how is there fraud?

The idiots on this board think Trump can borrow tens of millions of dollars and just make up values. They have zero idea how grown-up world works.

At this point just chalk it up to him running for POTUS as a republican. That and they hate him. That makes as much sense as what they are charging him with.

"Saying" shite doesn't mean much in bank loan world. Things are documented BY THE BANK. Not the requestor.

Criminals are creating crimes to attempt to deter Trump from being president again.
It’s not going to work, and he will have to send a lot of these people to Gitmo. Hopefully this gets the left coast loons and upper east coast retards on the small nation state bus and we start dismantling this broken union into smaller, more manageable unions moving forward.

I’ve done financing for decades. If we threw everyone in jail that estimated a value and sq footage on an application that came in differently on the appraisal - every single applicant would be in prison right now.

There is no fraud. This is yet another made up charge to keep him tied up, with the ultimate goal of keeping Trump from running in 2024. Period

Your explanations of valuations is quite laughable, it’s not what’s done with property let alone someone with lots of properties. In Trump’s case the government ( irs) has gone over this with fine tooth comb previously and even demanded banks turn over any information on loans just to quietly dismiss investigations. This is grandstanding and will be moot in the future
