Yes, mistakes were made, but we have been assured that there was no political bias. Just plain, old, ordinary, run of the mill, shrug your shoulders, whatcha gonna do, mistakes.
That Mueller team had the worst luck. Evidence going missing, exculpitory evidence overlooked/ignored, believing lies they wanted to hear, using fake documents. I mean, how unlucky can you get?

I'm not a lawyer but why isn't the defense allowed to see or hear the prosecution's claims and provide a rebuttal?

None of this makes sense because according to the document Mifsud was interviewed on Feb 10, the same day PapaD was interviewed after previously being interviewed on Jan 27.
What I assume really happened is Mifsud was told to GTFO of the country on Feb 10 (which he did on Feb 11) after the FBI realized PapaD outed him (which the FBI already knew), and their scam would be realized publicly.

Mifsud was interviewed by the FBI twice AFTER they had already interviewed PapaD. And they let Mifsud go, even though he lied to them 3x, and they knew he lied to them per their own admission.
Remember when Jim Jordan made a big deal about this during Mueller's Testimony?
He specifically asked why the double-standard. Why did they charge Trump surrogates, like PapaD, for lying to the FBI, but they didn't charge Mifsud?
Mueller's response was simply, "That's not in my purview."
So what's messed up in this is that PapaD didn't possibly "undermine investigators". They fricking had the guy TWICE and just let him go.
Total bullshite Deep State railroad job. Same as Stone. Same as Flynn.
