1) Here? This forum? One solution is people need to stop posting random, unproven, misinformation, and disinformation from sources like X.
2) Adults? Start looking inward instead of outward for answers. Doing so will lead to spirituality, which includes practices such as self-reflection, introspection, and hopefully a bit of self-awareness and humility.
