Whats the age old saying? " you can't fix stupid". No matter the time nor the technology, idiots and stupid folks will exist. Social Media allows for the flow of information faster than anyone imagined, so it stands to reason that stupid people will become more stupid faster! Lol

There needs to be serious regulation of social media. This guy is just stupid. But SM has fueled "trends" that have gotten people hurt and killed. SM is absolutely an albatross around the neck of society. I would not cry a tear if X, TikTok, Instagram et. al were done away with.
