To stay in existence. They’ve become so politicized and corrupt that they can never be trusted again. Way over the line and the calls to defund them will be deafening. The IRS too. His is like that “2991 Space Oddesay” movie where the the machine became so powerful it turned on the people who built it. The ‘government’ now serves its own existence. And we all depend on it. 1.) He’d likely be running against Joe Biden, who’s the worst President the country’s had since Jimmy Carter.
2.) Hillary had classified material on a personal laptop, deleted it, and still ran for President. In this scenario the DOJ will almost certainly indict him, however, because it’s run by corrupt liberals.
