But also they are allegedly 34 counts in the indictment. So who knows what else is in there.
Well, probably a single charge for each of the 11 checks Trump supposedly wrote Cohen. Probably another 12-15, one for each time he submitted any document to FEC about campaign expenses and funds
Probably another 10-12 for every time he made Bragg cry in his half bathroom for putting him in his place

Doesn’t matter…the left/Dems make their own rules and laws these days.

If he gets off they will set the bar for going after future politicians.
They also open themselves up to be investigated if the political climate changes.
Once you open a can of worms it hard to close it.

I can only think of three possible reasons for this circus.
1. This will be the first of several indictments which are together aimed at a “death by a thousand paper cuts” kind of thing to Trump’s political future.
2. The DA is treating this like an Al Capone tax evasion sort of thing, where he can get an irrational jury to sign off on something relatively minute or even nonexistent in order to bring down the Orange Man.
3. Progressives are complete idiots who always overplay their hand, and yet rarely are held accountable for it.

What law?
They don’t care if Trump actually gets convicted. They’ll keep smearing him as long as it’s necessary.

It's not, but if you falsify business records to hide it, it could be.
I am SHOCKED.

I am also vastly better at critical thought.
You defining my quip in such a nonsensical way illustrates both. Your labels are bullshite.

It’s not and that’s not what he’s being charged with.
I’m blown away how so many self described “high-IQ” people are in fact total morons.

On the flip side, the same people claiming the high ground on this claim Clinton was impeached for fricking an intern, not lying to investigators.

Nothing
And if by chance there was a misdemeanor committed 8 years ago, there's nothing New York could do now.

Why is it illegal to pay a woman money to stay silent about an affair? Seems like an agreement between 2 consenting adults Unless he held a gun to her head or something this is a non issue. It may be unethical but where is it illegal?
Without reading all the responses, Bragg is trying to make Trump's NDA with Stormy Daniels an illegal use of campaign funds or contribution....some BS like that. It's crazy how many politicians have been fined for campaign violations and they were simply fined for their campaign violations. There was/is an Obama appointed judge who threw Dinesh D'Sousa in prison for exceeding campaign contribution limits.....pretty much set the precedent for what's happening to Trump.
