You laughed about this taking until 2028.

Because they're going to drag this out as long as they can. They know they have very little shot at trial.

Without reading all the responses, Bragg is trying to make Trump's NDA with Stormy Daniels an illegal use of campaign funds or contribution....some BS like that.

Why would I?

This is old news at this point.

I don't really care if some biased prosecutor acts biased. That's SOP in our Police State. Trump is just the latest victim.

The only real response to anything I've had since yesterday is criticizing RDS's extradition statement b/c it was theatrics in the manner of wrestling promos. That's the kind of stuff Trump uses to rile up his base and if RDS is going to debase himself like that, then what's the point of supporting him?

What is it then? Statute of limitations had already expired on the misdemeanor charge.

It can be a felony if associated with another crime. That's where the potential campaign stuff likely comes up (because Cohen has already admitted to that crime and pled guilty).

The underlying case is based in alleged fraudulent business records not campaign violations.

Would he be indicted? There's a far cry from posters on a message board being mad and the weight of the state being used to crush political opposition. Go frick yourself bootlicker.

Bro, he’s not being indicted for the civil settlement itself. That’s perfectly legal. This has been well covered in the news. He’s being indicted on BANK FRAUD. I don’t know why this is so hard to understand.

My favorite part of this is how the party of family values has no problem with their demi-god buying sex from a porn star while his wife is at home with his young child and then trying to paying her off for silence after he decides to get into politics.

But Cohen’s lawyer already admitted Cohen paid the money out of personal funds and Trump had nothing to do with it.

What? Cohen was reimbursed the principle amount, additional to cover taxes, plus a bonus.

The irony in all of this is the last 3 Democrats to run for president are 3 of the most corrupt politicians in American history.

My favorite part of this is watching worms like you criticize family values for years and then all of a sudden cheerlead the state prosecuting a man for something that happened years ago and where the Feds themselves refused to indict. I bet you fancy yourself a criminal justice reformer too? Hypocrite.

You can't even bring yourself to address it. Your hero cheated on his wife with a prostitute when his son was 4 months old. What a piece of shite.
