Automatic 5 year prison sentence followed by immediate deportation to the home country. If they're caught a second time, life in prison with no possibility of parole.
Employers who are caught hiring illegals should face a minimum of 20 years per illegal.
If these sound harsh, it's because they're supposed to be. The goal here is deterrence. Scare them enough to make them do things legally. I do think going hard after employers would be a good place to start. If illegals know it'll be harder to be hired, maybe they'll come through legally instead.
Also, end birthright citizenship and make anchor babies a thing of the past.

seal off the border first and foremost. Then you give them all resident alien cards so they can pay taxes and social security into the system. then you fix the tax system so that people stop paying in 2k a year and get back 15k because they have a wife and 4 kids at the house and make minimum wage.

Depends on your view of reality.

Did they come here because this country is more socialist than Mexico and simply want more socialism for a free ride lifestyle that they prefer? Or did that sacrifice of walking across large, scorching hot terrain at great risk to their own well being suggest that they are willing to risk their own well being for a better future for their future generation? Do you doubt this? What about Maya-Flores and her campaign? Read the tea leaves.
Most are conservatives. They just don’t know they are Republicans yet. But Maya-Flores is the gateway.

Jail the companys or individuals that employ these criminals as well as making them pay huge fines!
Illegal is illegal, if I break the law you can bet I will be arrested or ticketed as the case requires.

the issue is that a lot of the companies have no idea whether someone is legal or not and the government doesn't give a shite either. years ago, I had a mexican guy working for me and he worked for me about 7 years. One day, I got a letter in the mail from the irs saying that his SSN was invalid and that I had so long to respond. i called them up in a panic and asked what I needed to do, do i fire them? They told me no, i couldn't fire him for that. Just respond to the letter and wait to hear back. that was about 15 years ago now and never heard another word from them.
the government wants their tax money and a large chunk do pay taxes and can't claim any benefits.

announce they have 14 days to get the frick out of the country and back to their home country (if they voluntarily present themselves - the USA will pay for the trip and give them $1,000.00 per head)

Expulsion y deportacion immediamente. It is the only way to stop people from coming here illegally. I feel bad about it, but I feel worse for all the immigrants who have come here legally and obtained American citizenship only to have to watch what is currently happening.

To some extent, some of these people were taken advantage of by these NGOs who brought them here. Is there a realistic and some what humane way to deal with the non-violent illegals and children, but still process them out of the country for violating our immigration laws?
Or do we just have to do what needs to be done with any force necessary and not worry about hurt feelings. Because it has to be done to protect our sovereignty.
it's simple, but not easy...
congress must pass legislation that natural born citizenship is only conferred by virtue of one or more parents being a citizen; unfortunately, i don't think a retroactive enactment would work.
once it is established that foreigners cannot have anchor babies, pass a law like the texas one that allows anyone to sue any company hiring illegals for any kind of work. take the work away and they will leave on their own.

1. Pass legislation establishing that no person will ever be considered for citizenship unless there entry into the US is documented as legal. So those here illegally will either stay and never be eligible for citizenship, or they'll leave and come back the right way.
2. Tax employers of illegals an amount commensurate with the cost of illegals to taxpayers. Do this for real, and fine the shite out of employers caught cheating the system - something like fine = 25% of last fiscal year's revenue.
