Manafort juror reveals

Coming up tonight at 11: ruthless faux-journalism completely devoid of integrity will find this jurors name and get him killed without due process and with no information on why he did it. It will be seen as a justified punishment from he court of public opinion.

Then a week later no one will remember it happened as they pivot to the next crisis

He's still fricked for now. I hope Manafort's attorney actually looked at all the documents. Mueller, Weissmann and the corrupt gang they have with them have been guilty of misconduct in the past. I'm sure they weren't above it here.

So a lady that wore a MAGA hat to court everyday voted to convict on all charges? The retrial on those 10 charges is looking pretty bleak for Manafort.

No, yours.

There is one important limit to Trump’s powers, however. The New York state attorney general and Manhattan district attorney are also investigating Manafort, with cooperation from Mueller’s team. And, tellingly, Mueller declined to indict Manafort for a number of offenses that are also crimes in New York, suggesting he wants to make such prosecutions possible.

Should Manafort or any other Trump loyalists face state-level charges, they could not be pardoned by President Trump, offering one possible avenue through which prosecutors can target aides without running afoul of the pardon power.

You are correct, the scum bag mueller in his political witch hunt is trying to remove every bit of leverage the president has to undermine his part in the attempted coup.

The pardon power of the President extends only to an offense recognizable under federal law.

Lisa Kern Griffin, law professor, Duke University

Manafort may expect a pardon, given the president’s past statements and shameless use of the pardon power in the Arpaio case. And the president may use that power to keep Manafort and other witnesses from cooperating and to ensure continuing impunity for his family members and associates.

More likely, @realists will jump his arse for convicting on 8 counts. "Maybe he should have been roughed up."

Why should she have hung the jury on the counts he is obviously guilty about?

Clearly he didn't declare all his income for example.
