Several people own Smoothie Kings in Louisiana. Many of them wouldn't give those orders and many would fire them immediately upon finding out.
Even if this one owner/ store did it then it does not represent the whole company.
Are we surprised that a minimum wage worker might have went rogue? That's never happened before I guess.

You seem to be having a hard time understanding this.
#1. the business can refuse service to anyone for any reason they think up. It cannot however violate protected classes.
#2. Trump supporters are not a protected class.
