Can't. Unions and civil servant laws prevent it. When I was in HS, we had a teacher just flat out rare back and punch another teacher knocking him out. It was on videotape and everything.
What happened? He was placed on PAID leave for 6 months while the school "investigated." So essentially he came out BETTER having knocked out another teacher. He got to collect his check and watch CNN all day. (He was eventually fired, but it took forever).
This is what unions and civil servant laws do. It's almost impossible to fire people. It's why our schools are such arse.
