It's tough for Mitchell. Prosecutors typically have an investigator do all of the digging for them already. And they also typically only ask questions that they know the answers to already.

Public Perception does not matter. All that matters is getting the couple of Republican senators who refused to vote yes on Kavanaugh and she is doing that well in my opinion
