Singer's 'Build The Wall' dress stirs debate
LINK

quote:

Joy Villa has made a political statement on this year’s 2019 Grammy red carpet – once again.

The singer opted to wear a “Build The Wall” gown to the annual award show, with a brick-inspired pattern dress, barbed wire on her shoulders, spikes in her hair and, of course, a MAGA handbag.

“When Trump came in the picture, at first I hated him,” Villa told the outlet. “All my music friends hated him and wanted Bernie. I thought ‘Bernie looks good; he seems like a cool dude.’ To me, the Republicans weren’t cool. And Trump ended up becoming so obnoxious and so in our face.”

But, as the musician went on to research the current U.S. president, she soon became a supporter.

“I was a secret Trumper for months,” she says.

She sure has come out of the closet. What kind of world do we live in, when a person has to hide their support of prez Trump? I thought the left was the "tolerant" side.
If more people would do their research in a sincere way, they too would become supporters of Trump.

Would like to see more of these MAGA handbags.

Sadly, this is the type of rationale a lot of younger voters use.

I like it, but Joy’s dress from last year was even better

She's an attention whore that tries to be edgy. I don't mean it as an insult to her.

It's more of an insult to celebrities than it is to her. Since celebrities have been so uniform in their socialist bullshite, that something as simple as "build the wall" or "make America great again " can create such a stir and generate outrage.

Why do you think progressives pushed so hard to lower the voting age to 18?

That Handbag looks like a lunchbox sort of. Meaning pack a lunch and let's get to work?

I have no idea who she is, but I like her style.

She doesn't. She literally wore it down the red carpet at the Grammys.

When you try to irritate people by being in their face, it generally works. Also you don't have to be tolerant towards intolerance

It takes balls to wear a dress like that to the Grammys. More power to her. She's earned the publicity.

One of the most used liberal tools is to protest at every event possible and make a complete arse of yourselves. So this isn’t a legitimate argument for you.
Also, when you say you don’t have to be tolerant towards intolerance, what do you mean? Please elaborate.

I think it is considering I'm not the one here crying about it. I don't complain when I protest something and people don't like it. Might want to rethink your argument.

A lot of modern-day right-wing people are so scared of the white man becoming irrelevant that they're lashing out. It's intolerant behavior and nobody has to be tolerant of it. I believe there are certain exceptions to tolerance

It's a lock out box, when you lock out equipment and you have many people working on it that type box is used, to hold everyone's key to the lock... I believe that is what it is...

I'm familiar with lockout boxes, but a lunch box struck my mind first, because she's carrying it. You don't carry a lockout box.

Dude, you have no idea how the world views liberals like yourself do you?
Here, this is how the world views you liberals: a whiny collection of petulant parasitic douche bags who never grew up. All you do is scream and bitch about everything not being fair.

Lmao, what the hell is this! Scared of the white man becoming irrelevant in what way?? Sports? Rap? Gang membership? Honestly what area is there that whites have a legitimate threat of becoming irrelevant in?

Again, I am asking you to elaborate? Is genocide acceptable?

Spoken like a true NPC. Any evidence to support this, or is this just what you read on Demo Underground?
