Gotta love folks like you who think they are smarter and more clever than they actually are...you are aware that the 1st Amendment only protects speech from Government sanctions/penalties and even that has limits right?
Gotta love the folks like you who think they are smarter and more clever than they actually are.... The University of Tennessee is an arm of the government aka a government actor

By you reading the U of T supports anything posted on their boards.
They should drop the boards.

Between the LSU bullshite and this UT has leaped frogged about 8 teams to now taking a commanding lead of the teams I hate the most in the SEC. Frick those bit$hes.
It's all driven by leftist politics.
A big part of attacking LSU is due to Landry being a Trump Republican.

I don't know maybe the whole first amendment
MuH 1st aMENdmeNt
-multiple direct exceptions to the 1st amendment already exist
-countless other indirect ways UT
could get around it & keep this off of campus property
-doesnt pass the sanity test. Imagine someone posting signs that say "rape babies" or better yet "there are only two genders" and see how long UT lets them stand
Remember, "silence is violence" so I expect UT to make a public statement on this topic

The University replied to it, but Russell house is a student union at the college. Seems fishy.

Distasteful, but not surprising. That stated, I choose not to be concerned.

If you can’t/don’t understand that the university of Tennessee is a government actor and therefore cannot infringe on speech, then I can’t help you

1) I question if this isn't some bad version of a prank.
2) If it is real and students actually turn out to celebrate an assassination, they should probably be expelled. Free speech is one thing; a tacit endorsement of murder is another.
3) If it is real and students actually turn out, there is something fundamentally broken in their thinking and sense of civil discourse and behavior. We can disagree vehemently, but we have to respect each other enough to refrain from shooting each other in the public square.

Yet it's all about the alleged "Right-wing violence" to the media and Democrats.

It is clearer by the day that we cannot peacefully coexist with these people.

While you should be correct, these are the same places that would not allow people to speak on campus because they disagree. It can't go just one way
