A federal judge on Friday ordered that immigration officials could not detain Kilmar Abrego Garcia one day after he was ordered to be released from an immigration center in Pennsylvania. Early in the morning, supporters, including CASA leaders and community advocates, gathered outside the ICE Baltimore Field Office as Abrego Garcia arrived for a check-in 14 hours after he was released from detention.

Officials cannot re-detain him until the court conducts a hearing on the motion for the temporary restraining order, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis in Maryland said.

Theses judges have assumed the power of both legislature and executive.
I'm not saying they are dictators. I'm just saying that dictators act a lot like this.

The only way to fix it is for both Executive and Legislative branches to be strong allies and both motivated to fix the Judicial Branch. POTUS is strongly motivated but the Legislative Branch is not.

Probably a good reason in Texas to kick Cornyn to the curb this cycle and for there rest of you to kick yours. How about some fresh, new republican leadership?

Drag a couple into the streets. Put them on their knees. Given them 1 minute to make their peace with their maker. Then send them to meet that maker. That would change future actions.

He should be given a room in the judges home.

I saw him kill a homeless guy here in Houston.
Texas needs to extradite him on state charges.

What judge believes they can legally do this?

ICE should dump his arse at the Judge's house and the condition of his release is he can't leave the property.
