Today is my 48th birthday. When I was born, the percentage of non-Hispanic whites was 79%. Today it is 56%.

In the US? For white people?

Coincidentally, I am often called a white liberal and have 3 white kids. 2/3 of them have blond hair and blue eyes. And we attend mass as a family every Sunday. Seems like very few of the professed conservative posters have multiple bio kids and attend religious services regularly.

Do you have any data to back this up, specifically the "overwhelming conservative" part? The Medicaid population is the one still having children in large numbers and that's unlikely to be very conservative.

And "couples who are having children" is a decreasing population among all white demographics. Hence, "white everybody"

Okay, I'll hold your hand.

Census data tells us that women, on average, have around 2 children by the time they reach 45-50 (end of their child bearing years). It also tells us that about 15% of women do not have children.

Simple math says:

2/.85=2.35

So, excluding the women who do not have children, American women are above replacement rate.

Breaking this down by political ideology:

The Institution of Family Studies reports that, of the women born between 1975-1979, essentially the 45-50 age group I just references, conservative women birthed 2.1 children, moderates 1.8, and liberals 1.5.

They also did a survey survey on Americans between 18-54 and found of the women in that range, conservative women were reporting 1.4 children and 1.09 for liberals.

So yes, the sky really is blue.
