If illegal aliens are not counted, California stands to lose as many as 6 seats in the House of Representatives...

Illegal Alien Impact on Congressional Seats

That impacts the electoral college, too. Basically, the Democrats would have to win the state of Mississippi to make up those lost electoral votes in California.

Of course they shouldn't. Especially when you attract them like moths to a flame. Counting them for EC and House Seats is worth nearly as much as letting them vote. Makes no sense

Counting illegals disenfranchises voters in states with less illegals. It gives votes in states with higher illegal population more weight and incentivizes providing sanctuary to illegals to rig the electoral college and congressional seat allocation.

They are here illegally. There is no guarantee they will be here next week. They are NOT citizens.

No, and I'll push it further to say that people who don't pay federal taxes shouldn't be represented either, their rights should remain but their voice not heard. No taxation without representation should be on par with no representation without taxation.

No they shouldn’t. They are not citizens of this country, they are uninvited guests. I have no standing for representation in Honduras or Guatemala, or El Salvador and they have no standing for representation here. Don’t like it? Tough shite. Want representation? Go find it in your country.

Are you serious asking this question? They have no right to vote and are not granted basic American rights granted to American citizens.

It's not a stupid question. They currently count towards each states congressional allocation. The question is to determine if we should change it.

No , that's why Democrats are fighting Trump over the Census and they are getting help from corrupt Judges.

If they are here illegally then I don’t believe they should be counted. I don’t think there is much of a chance of the court ruling that way because of the wording as person as opposed to citizen.

A tree grown in America has more of a right to be counted then a illegal immigrant.
