Put God back in your schools and I guarantee the bullying

Correct. Most kids are bullied for they way the dress (Stupidly) or act (Weird as a three dollar bill). Perhaps they should consider why they are being bullied and change what it is that is causing them to be bullied.
The "red flag" isn't that 'bullying' made someone that way, it's that people around him are picking up on his oddness.
