Who cares about the later slap on the wrist "prosecutions"
By a few of the definitions ITT, those would be "lawfare", mind you.

we can move on to General Michael Flynn.
Flynn was prosecuted by Trump's DOJ

For a guy that has nearly a half a million posts, you sure do claim you never posted anything.

You going to keep deflecting?
cmon.. let's get in the weeds with Peter Strzok and his position with the investigation along with his texts. Hell... Lisa page too.
Or we can move on to Mike Flynn. Whichever you wanna do.
Does any of that meet the definition I gave?

I don't think it's exclusive
Her wording was exclusive.

Trump just has a lot of people in his orbit who are bad at following the law, including multiple lawyers
Or, the law is being applied unevenly. See Trumps 30-whatever felony convictions.

Nothing organically. It's what specific members of his admin do that involves allegations of breaking the law.
So because there are allegations of breaking the law, we need to go after them even harder so we make sure young people think twice before joining?

Did you watch the video?
You're disputing what she clearly said, with the quoted language
Yes. She clearly stated ,"So that's what I'm saying. I want to look at these signature cases and just focus on the President, but on the people who enabled him. I want young people coming out of school to say, 'Should I go work for the Trump Administration? Like, that sounds fun, might get an opportunity.' I want them to be like, 'Lord, that might be an opportunity to get myself a ton of problems that I don't want, so let me avoid participating.' I want that deterrence message sent."
By saying, "I want that deterrence message sent", she is issuing a threat to potential Admin employees. She does not say "don't break the law". Oh no, she wants blanket deterrence from even working for the Admin.
Obviously you are ok with that.

Imma give all of you something to look up. The meaning of The Second Amendment. Comrade Slotkin needs a reminder.
If these Commies hit the streets and Data Republican actually knows what shes talking about, Its going to be time to teach them all the meaning.

I'm sorry..... did the entire DOJ turn over when Trump was elected? The FBI agents who railroaded him? From the same bureau as Peter Strzok? And when did the initial interviews start? Trumps AG dropped the idiotic case too didn't he?
What happened later with the civil suit? What was the basis of that suit? What did it bring to light?
Third time... does any of this meet the definition I gave?

quote:Interesting question. When should the "innocent until proven guilty" be prosecuted?
If people broke the law, should they be prosecuted?
If people broke the law, how is that determination made in advance of verdict?
In Lawfare, it is made SELECTIVELY based on politics, religion, or immutable characteristics.

Here comes his chance to drag the conversation about what both sides know is happening into semantics and contrarian douchebaggery, while not ever really saying anything of substance in the process, so he doesn’t get his teeth kicked down his throat when this circles back around next week.
It’s a pretty good gig if you can get it

He intentionally tries to derail every thread he enters. He has no backbone and gets off thinking he's smarter than everyone. It's sad yet comical at this point.
