Am I reading this correctly when I gather that this dude projects Biden still got 73 million+ legit votes? Nothing really matters anymore if that is the case.

I don’t think he is conferring legitimacy on Biden and 73M votes as much as saying those other votes are such a statistical outlier than you have to call bullshite.

Negative. He specifically addressed that this does NOT include potential vote-flipping, mass batch adjudication, etc.

While I agree with the premise here, this doesn't confirm anything. It does lay a solid foundation though for people to demand the kind of audits that would confirm it.
