Ive been asking this question for a while without a clear answer. Who actually determines if someone is a POC or not? What proveable metric is used to determine this?

I’ve been identifying as an AA once ancestry told me i was 2% Nigerian. If Liz Warren can claim she was NA with being .0002% Native American, i surely can identify as AA. I can’t wait for my reparations.
