Actions have consequences. This country would be a better place if people had a better grasp of this. In some places they'd execute you for stealing or cut off your hand. There is not much stealing in those places.

These people with mile long rapsheets are irredeemable and will never, ever make a positive contribution to society. Someone who habitually wakes up and decides to go steal other people's stuff for no reason has no place in a civilized society. Why are you such an advocate for career criminals?
I’m an advocate for limiting the powers of the State and charging people with crimes they commit.
Why are you so trusting of the government?

I hope this standard remains with Trump's various prosecutions
You are comparing apples to oranges. Do you think 12 Trump jurors have a better shot at being tainted vs 12 jurors in this case?
You are smarter than that, dude.
Do you remember how deranged the girl that led the grand jury was? She said she was proud to get Trump.

This is a gdamned lie.

When a propagandist uses the term "searching for stray cash", to describe this type of thuggery, it's propaganda, period.

Unlawful entry with the intent to steal.
Anyone who says he was "looking for stray cash" is a propagandizing piece of shite.

Do you have evidence to support this claim? When have I ever advocated for the government to have more power? I might be the only poster against capital punishment here.

Breaking the law

No, what caused it was his friend running.

I don't think "taint" has anything to do with it. I think the jury pool for this case and Trump's FL cases will be the same, too.

Look at the responses ITT. You don't think it's possible his jury had people like that?
Also, so tell me the exact standard now for when we do and don't respect 12-person juries in criminal cases.

His actions in concert with his PARTNER lead to the death of an innocent person.
Fk him and all of his advocates.
The fact that this piece of dog shite thug possibly spending the rest of his life in prison UPSETS YOU so much is just icing on the cake for decent folk like me....

Again, you should try logic and principles instead of emotions.

What caused his friend to run?
I will help you out. It was fear of getting caught for the crime they were committing.

Why? White people are convicted of felony murder too.

I don’t see how an argument can be made that he caused the deaths of cyclists.
I'll bet you do, because it's not very hard to understand. If those guys set the chain of events into motion and the person would not have died without the crime having been committed, that's the argument. Physical proximity is no valid basis upon which to disqualify someone. Timothy McVey wasn't anywhere around the building he blew up in Oklahoma when his bomb went off.
There's a difference in disagreeing with something and not understanding it. This isn't hard to understand.
