Is someone on a beach with a metal detector, not someone breaking into cars. To say such is bullshite and an attempt to show the perp in a favorable light.

I don't think "taint" has anything to do with it. I think the jury pool for this case and Trump's FL cases will be the same, too.

You are being purposely obtuse if you don't see the difference but we are getting off subject.

Also, so tell me the exact standard now for when we do and don't respect 12-person juries in criminal cases.

Are we charging people based on what someone thinks he would have done in an alternative universe, or what he actually did? He stole from cars and was arrested. He should be charged for the crime he committed.

You do know there are different murder charges based on intent right?

You know, cash that needs a good home. Cash with no place to go. Lost cash that wants to be found by someone and taken in.

hy did he run?

Irrelevant

Running is a separate charge and a distinct action only one of the two engaged in.

Why? White people are convicted of felony murder too.

But they deserve it because they are part of the oppression. Right? Isn’t that how it works in your deranged leftist mind?

We should totally make a commercial with a somber Sarah Mclachlan song playing in the background.....

Enlighten us. What was he really doing when he was pulling on door handles while unarmed?

He was either stealing or trying to steal. He was trying to take something from someone else that he hadn't earned without their permission, and you're downplaying the shite out of it.

The fact that you're downplaying burglary so hard is why no one takes you seriously. Thieves should be locked up for a long, long, long time.

If they had held up a liquor store and the accomplice shoots the clerk should they both be charged with murder even if the other person had no intention of shooting the clerk?

Shooting the clerk was a distinct action only one of the two engaged in.

Again, you should try logic and principles instead of emotions.

Just because someone has a different belief than you doesn't mean they're "thinking emotionally". Ambulance chasers aren't the only people out there capable of thinking logically.
