Earlier this week, the Senate quietly passed the $716 billion "John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019."

The bill, which passed 85-10 in a massive show of bipartisan support, represents a considerable boost in defense spending across the board – roughly $82 billion just for next year.

Can we please change the name of this bill to something other than John S. McCain please. House members you are responsible for renaming this thing.

No leave the name, get it through the House, then declare the wall a national security necessity and build it with the money allocated to the military via the John McCain bill.

That fricking traitor's name should NEVER again be linked to a damn thing regarding the defense of our great nation.

McCain has proven to be one of the worst human beings of our generation.

So it appears Democrats are concerned about our national security - just not from Mexico. I believe that is called hypocrisy is it not?

Well, they didn't specify which John S. McCain it is named after. Let's just pretend it was named after his old man or grandfather.

It’s fine... I have it on good authority that The Wall will officially be named, “The National Monument to Obama’s wasted 8 years”

Then name it the John McCain Wall. If only he could live to see that. It would end him, appropriately.
