Isn't Harvard one of those places where everybody gets A's?

Seriously, getting in is the hard part.

That is where our "leaders" come from. We pick our "leaders" based on their high school resumes.

Grade inflation is certainly common at Harvard. But people also select classes to ensure they graduate with a high GPA. The system doesn’t reward people who seek an education, it rewards credentialism.

It still has a great halo, but it’s probably been a long time since Harvard actually trained leaders.

I have to wonder, was Harvard responsible for making those men, or was Harvard simply a reflection of its student body which was elite in every sense of the word?

My god these people live in an alternate reality.

Back in the 80's, I read an article in Rolling Stone about the residents of Dunster House, a Harvard student residence. Those kids were way out there. One girl said if she gave a man permission to touch her right breast, but he touched her left, that was rape. Another student, a young homosexual, said he had knowingly had sex with HIV-positive men, as a political statement.

Elite? Hardly.

Is it sad that college kids have to be treated like 12 year olds? That's the impression I got from the article.

Harvard was really good, up through through the 60s.

After that

“So,” I said, “who do you think most of the people you just got to know voted for president?”

None of the students had an answer. It hadn’t come up in their conversations and they didn’t know I had privately asked each person who they’d voted for.

So, I let a minute pass and told them.

“Nearly every one of them voted for Trump.”

My students looked stunned, at first. But then a recognition crossed their faces.

need a class like this at every school in America

Any links or proof or are you just pulling uneducated tripe out of your anus again? Seriously retarded.

Harvard folks are leaders in many areas. All of you idiots that think Marxist ideology is the prevalent coursework of Harvard are showing how far you are from belonging there.

They don't even have ranks in their law school. Getting in is the hardest part. Perhaps you shouldn't be calling others uneducated.

You idiot. Not the us news law school ranking. They don't rank their students. In law school students are ranked from 1-200 whatever is in their class based on their grades. Harvard doesn't rank their students. The hardest part is getting in. My lord...you are either completely ignorant or incredibly slow.
