Beg to differ, many in our family disappeared and were never heard off. You can't fight that kind of tyranny and live to tell the story. Not everybody is born a Gandhi or Mandela or Au Sang Su Kyi

Iran is not a big deal, dude. / he kept them from having nukes a few military excursions is not a big deal. Trump can do more than one thing at one time and his legacy has already secure as being the greatest president we’ve ever had.

Or… hear me out… Congress could stop being an enemy of the people and actually pass laws on this to correct it.

So, in order to not infringe on the 2A, congress needs to pass a law saying that gun rights can't be infringed upon? Or does this only apply to the 14th?

quote:

We shouldn’t have to rely on judges to give opinions on the intent and language of centuries old documents when we have a legislative body that can pass laws to fit the need of the time.

The meaning of the 14th is fricking clear. We shouldn't need to rely on congress to pass a law to tell us what the people who wrote the 14th meant when we have their own words. It's that level of legal retardation that has ruined what America could be.

The SC had no problem rewriting the law to declare the obamacare penalty a tax. But expecting them to use common sense when it would protect the country is too much to ask. The SC is to blame for this shitfest, not congress.

Whether it’s SCOTUS or the amendment is a fair question, but congress can’t do a thing about it.
