How many people in her administration have experience running grocery stores?

They don't think. I've spent a couple years up there, the ones who have other options but choose to live within Seattle aren't capable of thinking.

And that city controls the whole state politically. It and Portland are always Exhibit A for why states need electoral systems for statewide elections.

I think there’s a term for holding someone against their will and making them work.

There are non profit cooperative stores. Their prices aren't radically different though. It wouldn't be the miracle change being advertised. If theft isn't controlled it will become another government loss center.

so Seattle is going to Eminent Domain and have to pay these companies millions for a building. The company is going to move all stock, furniture, fixtures out of the building and then the city is going to pay to stock and run grocery stores.

That is an interesting point. If states had electoral votes based on the population of various counties or parishes how many states would be proportionally blue?

Good - she can use City resources, manpower and capital to operate those grocery stores and see how long that lasts.

Something might’ve changed since January in terms of the plans they have, but after skimming, the admittedly scarce articles on this topic, it looks like their plan is to use eminent domain to seize the building and property once the private grocery store has left and turn it into a government run grocery store.

If this is true, I guess this kind of alleviate some of the anger over this - but knowing Democrats it will either turn out to be more devious then proposed and/or the government run grocery will immediately crumble or just sell junk food

Hard to tell. My guess is that the party that holds statewide power would benefit the most because they probably already have the state gerrymandered in a way that favors themselves.

lol. Look at the utter unseriousness that Leftist white women have led this country to. Just lolol. A government that believes it has the right to compel private investment. Maybe they show up at the door and demand I invest in a car dealer for the hood or a Pilates studio for the good Leftist lesbians of Queen Ann or Magnolia?

They are toddlers.
