Not what Trump said and you are misleading or dishonest.

Trump said take the guns and worry about due process later. That was a careless statement from MAGA.

Which people should never forget and is probably more terrifying than this case. In moments of societal breakdown, you need your firearms the most. That was a huge wake up call.

No offense, but do you have a source that wasn't written by a fictional character played by Brad Pitt?

Neighbors complained that the man had been “staring” at people through storefront windows while wearing a holstered firearm. He was not brandishing his weapon by any account, and open carrying is legal in the area, so he was abiding by the law. Other residents also complained that the man’s open carrying made them feel “uncomfortable” and “unsafe.”

If I see someone "staring" at me from inside their Section 8 housing or while carrying their EBT card and making me feel "uncomfortable" and "unsafe"... can those be confiscated as well?

It is amazing the fear people on here have without their gun. Simply can't wrap my head around adults being so fearful of not having an object. Guns are not and never will be magic shields.

I had to stifle a laugh.

I do think this is going to force the issue in Federal court, though.

You can only say, "frick due process" so long before it comes to a head.

Trial lawyers must be conflicted AF on this one. On the one hand, 95% of them are far left. On the other hand, they're really conservative when it comes to seeing dollar signs.

On Thursday, police served an extreme risk protection order on a 31 year-old man in Belltown, requiring him to turn over all his firearms. The man had multiple incidents of harassment, including while armed, and had previously failed to comply with a judge’s order to surrender his guns as part of a criminal case, according to police. When he failed to appear for a court hearing, police got a warrant, confronted him outside his apartment and seized a .25 caliber handgun inside.

I think upon further inspection this is what the President is talking about. Do something to prevent events from happening by those who would be a risk.

Neither are seat belts. You should stop wearing one.

I find it amazing the fear others have of guns in general. I have several guns and haven't shot or picked any of them up in I don't know how long except to move. I don't "fear" not wielding a gun. That's such a fricking strawman from the anti-gun crowd and an example of projection of their own irrational fear of guns.

What about the people that call the police on law abiding people who are open carrying? This happens ALL the time. It's laughable that you place irrational fear on the side of law abiding gun owners for resisting forceful removal of their property and constitutional liberties.

Technically inaccurate but automatic has been the generic term since before any of us were born.

Wrong.

Technically it's an automatic loader, or "auto-loader". It is not fully automatic fire capable.

So much for the theory that half the force would quit if we ever get to this point.

A .25?

I know the old adage "get shot with one and laugh about it" when dissing calibers, but .25 acp is probably one I'd take my chances with
