I love that something like this can happen under a Republican President, not obama like you originally feared, and y’all still find a way to blame the left. LOL

Got an unbiased source? Zerohedge and "conservativedailynews" aren't what we'd call "honest"...

At one point, staff from a restaurant near the man's home in the 2200 block of Second Avenue reported to police that the man was harassing them while carrying a holstered firearm.
Police said officers also seized a shotgun from the man in a different incident.
Because of his continued contacts with police, the Crisis Response Squad filed an Extreme Risk Protection Order, which required the man to give up all of his firearms.

“He was roaming the hallways with a .25 caliber automatic,”
That's a weapon of war.

It appears due process was afforded him, he just chose to not participate

On Thursday, police served an extreme risk protection order on a 31 year-old man in Belltown, requiring him to turn over all his firearms. The man had multiple incidents of harassment, including while armed, and had previously failed to comply with a judge’s order to surrender his guns as part of a criminal case, according to police. When he failed to appear for a court hearing, police got a warrant, confronted him outside his apartment and seized a .25 caliber handgun inside.

I have been told I raised my voice too loud on the phone and the other person felt threatened.
Some folks talk softly and mildly, I am not one of them.
Harassing HOw?
If the man was a menace then I suppose it is good they responded in this fashion.

Following Trump's lead on the issue
To be sure, his idea was awful, but let's at least be honest here. I know that's difficult for you while playing contrarian.

They did the same thing in parts of Louisiana after Katrina

Well, yeah. Because I like accuracy and truth. You're okay with conspiracy theories and bullshite.

So a large volume of complaints that this guy was threatening people while armed caused the police to intervene.
And you guys are losing your shite over this? Jesus, this is what you were whining about Broward and the FBI -not- being able to do in Florida.
Make up your fricking backwards minds sometime.

Couldn't tell you. Just pointing out the complaints about this guy were numerous and he already had a shotgun confiscated as part of a separate incident.
Not quite sure he's the martyr the OP/ZeroHedge painted him to be.

The headline and thread title were bogus

Only if it fits your narrative. If it's something that doesn't, no matter how accurate and true it may be, you will determine that it is "not honest".
Just don't go quoting MSNBC and CNN to me. They are dishonest as hell.

If that's true, then both the source and the OP deserve to be criticized.
