No, what future are you advocating for?
One where laws are followed and the government is prevented from breaking the law.

Clearly, it isn't one where freedom is anything we will actually enjoy.
You think people will enjoy living in a future where the government has no laws to follow?

Didn't stop any of this, actually.
But, it did. Don't start adding promoting dishonesty to your arguments to break the law

Sounds like doctors should not be operating on vital organs that are healthy, especially on people who suffer mental illness issues

This has nothing to do with the ruling or relevant discussion.

Muslim ban? Wasn’t it just a ban from certain countries not a religion ?

Sure, but that's not really relevant to my reference (or to the discussion of this thread, r the ruling, etc.)

Incorrect. It has everything to do with it.

No. Following the APA is what's relevant to the conversation.
How does his comment relate to the APA?

Counselor you made it relevant when you opened that door. Your specificity in claim of Trump denial of entry to Muslims was misleading while the intent was to show furtherance in of perceived failure of Trump’s policy. That misleading was purposeful just as it was almost decade ago.

The only door opened was about Trump 1's APA failure with the Muslim ban
Which is relevant to Trump 2's APA failure with this tranny surgery in jails ban

I think this conversation may be beyond you.
The underlying policies are not what's being discussed. It's the constant failure at legally implementing those policies that is being discussed.

Sure it does, there are laws in place that prohibit operating on healthy organs, civil and criminal.

From OP:
quote:
In June, a federal judge said that he "has no intention of wading into the culture war begin waged against transgender individuals." Instead, Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C., said he was "simply" deciding whether the government followed the correct procedures for issuing new rules – and that it had not.
For example, Lamberth said the Bureau of Prisons cited no evidence that providing gender-affirming care – which the government has done for years – was ineffective for the inmates or posed security risks for the prisons.
These surgeries were already approved federal policy. The only issue to discuss is if the admin followed the proper procedures in changing those policies.

The denial of medically necessary health care, including gender-affirming health care, to people in prison is a violation of their fundamental constitutional rights
Genital mutilation is not "medically necessary health care" any more than are breast enlargements, hair transplants nor botox treatments for wrinkles.

Ruling around a culture war should not have been considered as that is not facts but rather emotions. Operating on healthy organs for gender affirming or sex change, is not possible as it cannot change biological status regardless of how many operations are performed. Insurance companies are learning that operating on healthy people with mental illness causes malpractice lawsuits.

What?

The policy of the BOP currently permits it.
In order to undo that policy, the amin has to follow the APA to properly enact a new policy.

Gender affirming care is the opposite of what that medically. They provide gender modification care. The whole discussion is stupid in that inmates should only be provided necessary medical care at taxpayer expense. Chopping off a perfectly good penis or breast is moronic.

No it’s your arrogance that makes you consider yourself above such. Fear not as I pay people who have that same problem and they most definitely aren’t above me

There is no arrogance here.
You're confusing the merits of the policy with implementation of the policy.
This ruling and discussion are exclusive to the implementation portion.
I don't know how to make this simpler for you.

What laws are you OK with ignoring, exactly?
Ones that force taxpayers to pay for useless surgeries for criminals incompatible with society.
Sorry I'm not blindly obedient to every retarded law like you. I can make common sense decisions without having to rely on a convoluted legal framework to tell me what to do.
We follow laws to build the society we want to live in. You seem to think we follow laws for the sake of laws. When the law doesn't give us a better society, it is right to ignore it. Results are the goal, not the procedures.

Deference to CONgress is nothing but a corrupt mafia of both parties working together to fleece trillions from the taxpayers too.
Dems do it in your face while rinos turn a blind eye. RINOs are more discreet yet becoming as beholden.
Sad.
