Supreme Court won't let Trump enforce transgender inmate policy for now LINK
The Supreme Court said the administration can't immediately deny gender-affirming care for inmates in federal prisons, a rare loss at the high court for President Donald Trump's executive orders denying recognition of transgender people.
The court on Oct. 21 declined to allow the administration's policy to go into effect before a legal challenge plays out.
The order did not include an explanation, which is common for actions on emergency requests.

Ready to just throw all the judiciary out and start over. Or let Thomas and Alito pick them.

This sounds like the admin failed to implement another regulation/policy correctly.
Is the underlying ruling still lawfare?

Ridiculous. The Trump admin will obviously succeed in this lawsuit.

Not if they didn't engage in rulemaking properly

Your deference to judges is a sign of idiocy.

Nope, they will obviously succeed.

What laws are you OK with ignoring, exactly?

They have continuously failed at this very behavior since Trump 1

SFP everyone. He's very happy to watch the country go down in flames as long as he can post gotchas on a message board.

There are no gotchas.
The admin doesn't follow this law, and has done so continuously since the "Muslim ban" in 2017

Of course, you don't have any solutions to problems. You just have problems with solutions.

You're advocating for breaking the law. You realize this, right?

They just completely disregard the APA and consistently lose on it. It's almost purposeful at this point.

And what, exactly, are you advocating for? Certainly not the betterment of the country.

This very sort of thing prevented Bidens' vax mandate and student loan forgiveness.

So...yet another legal challenge.
'll save my outrage until the final determination proves otherwise.

No, what future are you advocating for? Clearly, it isn't one where freedom is anything we will actually enjoy.

Didn't stop any of this, actually.
