No. This particular law is important.

Again, this is how Biden's Student Loan forgiveness and vax mandates were thwarted.

These laws prevent government from engaging in irrational policymaking immediately, especially flowing from a single person. Using history and common sense, we know that form of government and autocracy is bad.

When the law doesn't give us a better society, it is right to ignore it.

So Biden's admin was just in enforcing the vax mandate? Student loan forgiveness? Because it's OK for them to ignore the law?

Its a ruling on process and not the merits of the issue.

No I’m suggesting that the implementation was because merits were ignored by a judge who considered to avoid actual law but used the cultural context over scientific knowledge

That's specifically not how you analyze proper APA implementation.

but used the cultural context over scientific knowledge

The ruling ignored the "cultural context" and used science and other evidence, instead

Again:

quote:

In June, a federal judge said that he "has no intention of wading into the culture war begin waged against transgender individuals." Instead, Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C., said he was "simply" deciding whether the government followed the correct procedures for issuing new rules – and that it had not.

For example, Lamberth said the Bureau of Prisons cited no evidence that providing gender-affirming care – which the government has done for years – was ineffective for the inmates or posed security risks for the prisons.

What laws are you OK with ignoring, exactly?

What law says that I'm responsible for another person's sex change that's in prison?
