They aren't. Scotus ruled on it. No fight needed.

The Supreme Court ruled on it because there was a fight. That's how court works.

No, just the opposite. LINK

DOGE discovers $4.7 trillion in Treasury payments were missing critical code: ‘Traceability almost impossible’

quote:

The transactions were reportedly missing the Treasury Account Symbol (TAS), an identification code which links a Treasury payment to a budget line item, according to DOGE, which described the use of such code as a “standard financial process.”

“In the Federal Government, the TAS field was optional for ~$4.7 Trillion in payments and was often left blank, making traceability almost impossible,” read an X post from DOGE.

quote:

“As of Saturday, this is now a required field, increasing insight into where money is actually going,” DOGE said, thanking the Treasury Department for its “great work” implementing the change.

Name one other government agency which has not just found such a glaring oversight, but then fixed it (hint: there isn't one). And that's not even getting into the dismantling of the CIA slushfund known as USAID (unless you're fine with millions of tax dollars going toward "teaching Sri Lankan journalists to state pronouns, avoid ‘binary-gendered language'" nudge-nudge-wink-wink).

And here I thought you were finally starting to pull those TDS blinders off and see the world more objectively.

I desperately want to think that you're just acting retarded and not actually retarded but I'm pretty sure my hopes are going to be dashed

All those words and not one of them addresses the topic of this thread

True. He was simply derailed by your retardation. It's hard to imagine how stupid somebody can be to think that the voters electing a president who hires for somebody to delve into previously opaque agencies equals the voter is not having visibility into what's going on. I'm not sure it's even possible to be stupider than you fricking are. You're taking this shite to new levels

It doesn’t. But allowing an additional agency and additional bureaucrats access to our private information does.

You don't know the names of a single motherfricking bureaucrat in the entire federal government who has tons of access to your private information. Hundreds if not thousands of them. And you never said jack shite about it until the president created a group of people with the leader who has an actual name and you saw the actual faces of much of the rest of the team. It's literally the most transparency you've ever had in your entire fricking life into these agencies. You're so stupid I'm surprised you remember to breathe

SIAP:

Now I’m beginning to wonder whether or not the White House had advanced notice of these opinions and the whole feud between Elon and Trump was to deflect attention away from Elon. With these two decisions, the left is going nuts. These nutjobs would be apoplectic and looking to take out Elon if he was still part of the whole White House innercircle. But now, all the attention and hate can be directed towards Trump and Big Balls

Or, a Justice of the Peace out in California ruled that the Supreme Court doesn’t have standing and everyone who’s ever worked for DOGE must be sent to Pelican State Bay Prison at hard labor immediately for a term not to be less than 600 years (with no possibility of parole until they’ve served 599.9 years).

Stupid arse people like you who vote are terrifying. You know absolutely nothing about anything, but you think you’re brilliant. You people belong in mental institutions.

Your fricking mentality and voting habits have ruined just about every single major city in this country. These asinine ideas you have do nothing but create little third world countries wherever you pieces of shite are in control. You cannot dispute that.

So shut the frick up, everyone in this country is tired of your constant failures.
