Holy shite, is this a 9-0 against trannies?

quote:

KAVANAUGH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which ROBERTS,
C. J., and THOMAS, ALITO, GORSUCH, and BARRETT, JJ., joined. THOMAS,
J., and GORSUCH, J., filed concurring opinions. SOTOMAYOR, J., filed an
opinion concurring in the judgment in part and dissenting in part, in
which KAGAN and JACKSON, JJ., joined. JACKSON, J., filed an opinion con-
curring in the judgment in part and dissenting in part.

Still wrestling with that pesky definition of ‘woman’ a bit, I’m guessing?

Sanity prevails regarding states banning Trans from women's sports...

If they had voted against it, then Title IX would essentially have been abolished.

Even though the Lib 3 dissented in part, I take it as a major W they even ceded some ground on the issue.

They may as well have plucked some local hack judge from BR or NOLA when they put her on the SCOTUS. What an embarrassment.

Jackson's lone dissenting opinion is genuinely awful as I skim through it. I'm counting this as a 8.5-0.5 with the 0.5 being some incoherent lib rambling

I bet she knows a guy who could do ankle monitoring services like the average 19th JDC judge.

This is my shocked face.

Jackson is the definition of an affirmative action hack who has been promoted above her level of competence.

Since she's not a biologist, why didn't she recuse herself in the first place?

SCOTUSblog seems shocked that Gorsuch found a way to use the spending clause in his concurring opinion

It was 9-0 that West Virginia did not violate Title 9.
6-3 on equal protection (not that the state violated equal protection, but that there are unresolved questions on the issue).

Next down the road - does Title IX REQUIRE a ban on transgender athletes.

have a feeling they are giving us the good stuff first before retaining BRC

Board will be fun after that gets issued last.

Kavanaugh's quote to end his opinion. Absolutely going to cause heads on both sides to explode.

Will the other justices roll their eyes and state they would have expounded further in their opinion if they knew this horseshite was coming?

It's insane this person (KBJ) is on our nation's highest court.
