Agreed. My first pick was Kethledge or Thapar. Kavanaugh seems too interested in being nice. Nice or not has nothing to do with what's constitutional.

There has been something like 30x the amount of paperwork released on Kavanaugh than any previous SCOTUS nominee. Some of the requested paperwork, everyone knew, could not be released since it was produced for the Bush Whitehouse. It was just a dem stall tactic.

Yes, Chucky S. just invoked an obscure rule that will not allow the hearings to continue past 2PM this afternoon. Chucky and his pals Kam and Diane and Dicky are apparently hungry and trying everything in their power to subvert the hearings. Those sammiches are too tempting, especially since Soros is paying for them!

The Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for Judge Brett Kavanaugh will be cut short Wednesday, after Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., blocked Republican efforts to keep questioning the nominee until late in the day.
Schumer objected to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s request for the committee to continue meeting after 2 p.m., meaning the Supreme Court confirmation hearings could bleed into next week.
