Scotus and potential transgender

West VA has a women law for sports. Circuit court says law ok. 4th Cir grants injunction while being litigated - unbelievably stupid decision. Potential for scotus
Why not simply decide it on chromosomes- only xx chromosomes can play in women's sports.... doesn't that solve the problem?

The Supremes will uphold Title IX
If they say trans can enter a womens only sport, then Title IX goes in the history books. Thats never going to happen. Title IX was created because women (defined by their chromosome) admittedly could not compete with men in sports programs
Trans men crossing back over to compete against women wont pass muster. They will simply create a another protected class in sports. Which will collapse the movement.
Womens sports barely survive as is. Trans sports wont

I dunno. That could open the door for extremely roided dudes to start their own roid college sports. If dudes can inject themselves with estrogen and call themselves trans, why can't they inject themselves with steriods and have a baseball team full of incredible hulks crushing 1000ft Homer's?

Was someone born with a penis or a vagina. If penis, they can play only men's sports. If vagina, they can play only women's sports.

No. It doesn't.
The very finite XX and XY sex determination made by racist biology, doesn't account for all the other genders that have been concocted via mental illness.

Our society claimed it was time to rid ourselves of sexism (because it is deemed morally wrong) and to promote equality.
My comment was an observation that we did the opposite. We institutionalized sexism with title IX. So much for sexism being morally wrong.
We did the exact same thing with racism.
We not only didn't eliminate racism, we set up elaborate systems to support racism.
We jumped from one racist system that suppressed one group for the benefit of another right into an alternative racist system that promotes one group at the expense of another.
I have to conclude that racism itself is not immoral. If the whole of the people believed that, it would be eliminated. Not only did it not get eliminated, it got embraced in a new aggressive way.
America is in love with racism and always has been.
