This is definitely the Dem's shutdown. Schumer voted for border walls in the past but now since it's a Republican that wants it...he votes against it. He's playing politics. I hope the good people of NY see what they are doing to America by voting this putz into office.

I'm going to assume you are not stupid but just missed some civics lessons along the way.
Funding bill passed the house. It takes 60 votes to get out of debate in Senate. 51 GOP senators. Simple math that means you need 9 others. So to claim the funding should be passed because GOP controls Senate is moronic.
Of course if you claim above average civics knowledge then you are an idiot. I'm giving you benefit of doubt.
