Funny meme, but it reveals fallacious thinking.

According to the statistics, that obese doctor will live longer than those Massai tribesmen. They only live between 55-60 years on average.

And that doesn't mean what you might think it means either, since the doctor will have much better access to health care. He might have his first heart attack at 45, which would have killed him if he had been a tribesmen, but since he had access to medical care he survived it.

The truth is that neither is a basis for determining the health of respective diets without controlling for a fairly large range of other factors.

The best research we have is pretty clear. The more fruits and vegetables you eat, the healthier you will be and the longer you will live, and saturated fat (animal fat) and processed food has the reverse, downward pressure on health and longevity.

Cows milk was specifically engineered by nature or God to nourish calfs. Just like your wife's breast milk was specifically engineered to nourish babies.

It's really strange that people drink it. No other species drinks another species' breast milk.

And sure, if you live in Africa you might have to consume whatever you find; that doesn't mean it's optimal or healthy. They also burn dung for fuel and live in mud huts there.
