I’m flat disgusted with getting screwed following laws while criminals, rapists and murders roam the streets.. Here in Texas the illegals are overloading our welfare systems, soaking up the funds from taxes paid to educate them, depriving America Citizens of those resources. I can go on and on

THAT, is the "fundamental change" that the Left imagines and trumpets as morally superior. Voter "suppression" is in fact suppression of 'illegal' votes, with 'illegal' becoming the definitive point of contention.
The essence of this conundrum can not be solved within the Constitutional framework, as the Constitution IS the conundrum. The Dems will consider any election that wherein the Right 'suppresses' illegal votes and wins, as illegitimate. Dems will gas light the street as usual, and Trump or whomever will have a clear choice. Boot on the neck of real insurrection, or cities burn and it spread to the burbs and rural areas.
Voting can't solve the problem when votes ARE the problem.
This said, it has long been recognized that the Right will not act employing violent political means, while the Left routinely does (BLM, Antifa, et al) even though the Left tries to prod them into doing so (Jan. 6). But the Right WILL respond when they are bodily challenged in their own formerly safe communities, with the Left 'throwing the first punch'. I think we all realize that the kind of change which BOTH SIDES imagine and are ready for, can NOT be accomplished within normal, Constitution lawful processes.
Sometimes there are no easy solutions.

GOP will sweep and take control. Democrats and RINO's already know this. There is nothing Kamala could do. Given that she and Biden were products of cheating, she'll be lucky if they don't start digging into the actual fraud.

Under this scenario.. I am not saying Kamala wouldn't attempt this.. However, what is being overlooked in this discussion is the fact that elections are run by the states not the fed...

You are correct there is no authority to take such an action. But there’s something you’re not taking into consideration. She’s a progressive Democrat. The hallmark of progressive Democrats is they regularly cast aside the Law to do whatever best serves the party agenda, especially when it comes to gaining or retaining power. When it comes to power, Democrats will do whatever they see necessary, the law be damned.
