A few things here.
Not sure who told you that ODNI only investigates foreign terrorist activity but that’s a lie. You should confront that person and ask for your dollar back.
And your comment about presupposing the identity of a bomber makes no fricking sense. If they are looking into a lead involving an American suspect, then sure. But you’d have to assume they are ONLY looking at American suspects which is asinine on its face.

This may, and probably is, correct, but are we really going to pretend that our intel agencies don’t have the ability to change the metadata attached to a video? There is absolutely no way that every single intelligence agency doesn’t have this ability.

Got it. so you never argued here that a domestic terror suspect in this case is outside of DNIs purview, and you know for a fact that this suspect is the only one that the department has looked at in this case.

Most people assumed the original identification was done for the Blaze by some intelligence agency. The "gait analysis" was just all they could share without burning their source.
Whether or not Shauni Kerkhoff is the person in the video is still a question. Assertions made by spooks and an alibi based on time stamped videos don't settle this issue.
