“Dr Jill” is a doctor of adult education IIRC which is considered to be one of the easiest post-grad options for someone looking for a title rather than a job.
A lot of liberal arts degrees aren’t useful for anything on their own but as a stepping stone to a teaching certificate or law degree.
Etc.
A lack of a bachelors or a higher level degree doesn’t mean “unintelligent”.

Gore supposedly lost Florida because a bunch of people either couldn’t understand a butterfly ballot or, alternatively, they were so slavishly devoted to following Dem instructions that they over voted due to the presidential ballot being two pages.
