This was set up from the start as a smurfing operation. I thought they were being investigated looong ago what happened?
Although the smurfing is illegal Im much more interested in where the funds originated from before it was laundered. How can that be so hard to trace. No doubt because most of congress knows its flowing to NGOs and back through campaign "donations". Teachers unions and Union pension funds are a perfect example, biden completely refunded the pension fund of teamsters in one of his greening bills, and gave a huge payoff to the teachers union.
