He believes that the SAVE Act won’t hurt dems in elections because it will suppress a lot of republican voters who are married women with licenses that don’t show their new name.

That is a profoundly ignorant take.

If a married woman doesn't officially change her name at the DMV, then her name remains the same on the voter rolls and she can vote with her existing license.

I don’t know, but remember, we’re talking about 50 states that do this many different ways.

Just another flavor of black people can't get state IDs to give the sheep something to be upset about.

When I read it, my first thought was about that too.. but then I read it again and thought about the "uneducated maga" BS they come up with, and they're calling Republican women stupid.
It really does smell like the bs thinking that minorities are too stupid to get id lines of the dumbocrats tho.

These people are literally retarded. Not surprised the OP would post this moronic take.

And you responded.

Not only did I post the take, but in my OP I wrote that I disagreed with it. You didn’t seem to understand this because with your level of reading comprehension, this qualifies as nuance.

A woman does not have to change her last name if she gets married and many women who are professionals, brand, or built a business on their last name do not change their names.

The women who do change their last name are most likely and eager to put in the leg work to get the name changed on legal documents.

assuming that married women don’t get new licenses.

So we’re assuming that they would change their voter registration but not their DL? Wouldn’t those either happen or not happen together?

Even if true, wouldn’t that equally impact women on the left?

The benefit of restricting mail in ballots and ID at the voting booth would far outweigh any impact from that IMO.

Hmmm, fewer women voting, let me think about this a minute.
