He’s picked a side. This is just window dressing to appease his own people.
My thought is that he has quietly told Israel they have his full blessing but that, due to internal politics, they can’t openly admit that.

You can go back for hundreds of years on who’s right or wrong. Like I said, you wall off people, restrict movement etc, don’t be surprised when they strike.
