Nominally, but you’re very concerned about the constitution for one and ready to boycott for the other all based on your political sports team. It’s pathetic.

Funny at the vitriol here but with the gay wedding cake y’all were defending the first amendment

I don’t believe anyone has said she didn’t have the right to refuse Sanders, a patron, service.
The issue is how juvenile and pathetic the action was.
What must it be like to fester in that variety of hate?

I defend the first amendment in both cases, actually.

Telling, though, how the baker was willing to serve the gay couple under quite a few other circumstances, while the restaurant owner in question here wasn't willing to serve SHS under ANY circumstances.

Also, it's telling how SHS responded as opposed to the plaintiffs in the cake case, ijs.

No, but y’all suddenly aren’t champions of free speech anymore, either.

I ask again. Did I miss the part where Sarah asked them to set up a Trump themed dinner setting or perhaps cater a trump party? Maybe they left that part out of the story?

Now you're resorting to lame face saving attempts. That's what's pathetic. There's not one thing "nominal" about protecting free speech here.

Sort of

Y’all cite 1A immediately in the case of the baker, while here y’all curse the business owner until pressed. Telling.

You are incorrect.
I’d protect anyone’s right to FS—in whatever way I could.

Wrong. Y’all have done nothing but bitch and whine here when in the case of the baker it’s a huge constitutional crisis.

The whole bakery thing is different because they make custom products for their customers

If you don't understand that distinction then I don't know what to tell you

I think businesses should have the right to discriminate. Under existing laws however the owner of the restaurant might be putting themselves in a really bad position. If some black guy wearing a MAGA hat gets refused service there they're going to have a tough time dealing with the fallout. And they're basically begging someone to set them up for that.

You are a leftist hack. Stop pretending. No one believes your charades. We on the right are fine with Sarah being told to get the frick out. I wish you leftists agreed.

Do you just argue for the sake of arguing?
You’re literally creating a scenario that hasn’t occurred.

Not talking about rights under the law, talking about the general attitude on this board. Most claim to defend the constitution but it’s funny they only come running when their team is under the gun.
